This license is limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable.
4.3 User Content

Team Collaboration
Task assignments through MobMai To Do are considered internal communication between users only. The system is merely a "tool" for management, not a "legal document" for employment or contracts.
Users acknowledge that assignees will be able to view the details of their assigned tasks according to the defined access permissions.
Subscriptions & Payments
If fees are charged (e.g., Pro or Business tiers), pricing details and billing cycles will be clearly specified on the payment page.
Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription at any time, but may not receive a refund for the current billing cycle (subject to App Store or Google Play policies).
Credits & Entitlements: Any credits or usage quotas received through promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.
Payment and Refunds
7.1 Pricing and Payment
- All prices are displayed in Thai Baht and include VAT (if applicable)
- We reserve the right to change prices with advance notice
- Payment must be made through methods specified on the platform
- You are responsible for any transaction fees incurred
7.2 Refund Policy
Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting customer support. Refunds will be approved when:
- Products or services are defective or not as described
- Service cannot be provided as specified
- There is a billing error
7.3 Auto-Renewal
For subscription services, your subscription will automatically renew. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time through account settings.
Limitation of Liability

Termination of Agreement

- Termination is requested by law enforcement agencies
10.3 Effects of Termination
Upon termination of this agreement:

- You must stop using the service and delete all related software
- We may delete your data and content according to our data retention policy
- Provisions intended to survive will remain in effect
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved as follows:

- Mediation: If negotiation fails, use mediation by a neutral mediator
- Arbitration: If mediation fails, use arbitration under Thai law
- Court: As a last resort, submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts

12.2 Waiver and Severability
